EXHIBITION REFERENCES
Plot Awarding and Drawing Systems

Before the draw, sponsor companies and/or sponsors will have their plot awarded.
The definite plot location corresponding to each will be decided by different draws according to the size of the chosen surface.
There will be as many draws as the surface measures that are set in the exhibition map, the draw will be as follows:

1- Draw for exhibitors who chose 1,200m2 plots and participated in Expoagro's prior edition.
2- Draw for exhibitors who chose 1200 m2 plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior exhibition.
3. Draw for exhibitors who chose 900m2-plots and participated in Expoagro's prior edition.
4. Draw for exhibitors who chose 900 m2-plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.
5. Draw for exhibitors who chose 600 m2-plots and participated in Expoagro’s prior edition.
6. Draw for exhibitors who chose 600 m2-plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.
7. Draw for exhibitors who chose 300 m2-plots and participated in Expoagro’s prior edition.
8. Draw for exhibitors who chose 300 m2-plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.
9. Draw for exhibitors who chose 150 m2-plots and participated in Expoagro’s prior edition.
10. Draw for exhibitors who chose 150 m2-plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.
11. Draw for exhibitors who chose 75 m2-plots and participated in Expoagro’s prior edition.
12. Draw for exhibitors who chose 75 m2-plots and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.
13. Draw for exhibitors who chose roofed stands and participated in Expoagro’s prior edition.
14. Draw for exhibitors who chose roofed stands and did not participate in Expoagro’s prior edition.

First, exhibitors must fill in the application form. Then, the definite location will be informed after the lots are drawn.

OBSERVATIONS:
Exhibitors requiring more than one plot shall have adjoining plots and the surface shall be adjusted according to the measures of the exhibition map. For all the cases expressed above, a draw shall be placed before draws 1st to 14th for those exhibitors with more than one plot within the measures corresponding to each numbered draw.
Draws shall be made according to theme sectors in which the exhibition has been divided.

Forms of Payment
* Cash payment before 11/30/07: 5% discount.
* Payment in fixed installments as from the contract’s execution and until February 28th, 2008.
It is worth mentioning that upon the first plot awarding draw, 50% of the total value shall be paid. Companies failing to have covered such percentage will automatically go into the second drawing.

Date of Draws
The first plot awarding draw will take place on December 11th 2007.

The second draw will be on February 12th 2008
